Group Mentoring

A community of students, mentors, staff, and speakers that meet on a weekly basis.

Students receive teaching on a relevant topic and the opportunity to build relationships with mentors and other students in the program.

Dinner is provided during this time.


Counseling
-
Optional counseling services made available to our students for up to one year.

1:1 services to assist our students in stepping into mental-health healing.

Licensed professionals that provide trauma-informed care based on adverse childhood experiences.

1:1 Coaching

Individualized spaces where students work 1:1 with career and life coaches creating customized plans, including, but not limited to:
- Career/Educational Assessment
- Goal Setting and Accountability
- Networking and Interviewing
- Skill Development
- Emotional Regulation



Case Management

Assessing students needs to best succeed in our program.

Assistance in navigating the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Providing resource connection and advocacy for our students.

Crisis intervention when necessary.

Connections with tutoring support.

After Care Services

Quarterly follow-ups for three years after Reach Graduation.

One year of counseling after Reach Graduation.

30-day transitional coaching.



Prayer Partner
-
Volunteer seeking adults receive a 1:1 assignment with a student.

Begins at the start of the student’s journey through Reach’s diversion and intervention program.
1:1 Mentorships
Offered at Juvenile Detention Facility

1:1 MENTORING One mentor is paired with one student to develop a long-term relationship to walk with their student during their time in the justice system.
