2008
Ryan McCrary brings students on the very first Great Outdoor Adventure Trip.
2013
Cam and Joy Hill move to Nicholtown to establish what would become Éleos Ministry.
2019
Éleos Ministry purchases an after-school center and makes Nicholtown home.
2023
Lead Collective begins a capital campaign to secure a new program facility and expand its ministry.
2009
GOAT (Great Outdoor Adventure Trips) establishes itself as a nonprofit organization dedicated to experiencing nature and equipping youth leaders.
2016
Éleos Ministry hosts its first Open Gym Basketball
night at Phillis Wheatley Community Center.
2020
Lead Collective is formed, bringing the ministries of GOAT & Éleos Ministry together to provide more support and create greater impact.
2024
Lead Collective moves into a new program facility creating the necessary room for all three ministries.
2011
GOAT builds a climbing gym that would go on to serve thousands of students.
2018
Cam Hill meets with Juvenile Detention Facility staff to discuss partnership with Éleos Ministry.
(This partnership evolves to Reach.)
2021
Reach is launched to serve justice involved youth in Greenville County.
2025
Harbor Coworking is launched in May 2025.
